The summer home of the rare Kirtland's Warbler was recently discovered to be an island in the Bahamas. Bob and Mary Salomon captured glimpses of this endangered bird in a brief video recorded on the island of Eleuthera where the bird prefers scrub 4-6 feet tall. Eight individuals were spotted in about an hour. The video of this elusive warbler captures a song from one bird foraging in the scrub and chips from an agitated individual on a high perch (pictured at the left).
